Tomorrow I’m doing something exciting and I’m a little nervous.  I can’t say what it is quite yet.  But I will when I can.

Here’s how I’m coping with my anxiety tonight:

Remembering what’s important in my life.

Having great experiences means letting go of fear.

It’s going to be fun. My twins will have fun too and it will be another great memory.

It’s not going to be perfect. Life isn’t perfect and that’s ok. It will be exactly how it should be and that’s that.

I’ve done plenty of crazy exciting things in my life and what I remember most was the experiences, not the nervousness I felt about them.
